Aside from my love of hearty stews on breezy evenings (cashew milk ice cream, raw coconut pies, bagels, and pizza crust), I swear I could live off smoothies. Everything into the blender in one fell swoop, whipped to creamy perfection at my grab-and-go whim. A glass of summer sunshine, this hydrating, light, and bright green mango smoothie is the perfect breakfast addition, or afternoon pick-me-up snack. Refreshing in all the right ways, feel free to add a small knob of ginger for an extra flavor kick.
